Outstand Studio puts you in a five-role desk-session parody video. Upload your photo for Lead, Keys, Back left, Back right or Sax. Replace one performer or bring friends into the whole cast, then choose the length and framing for your video.
Use photos of yourself, consenting adult friends, pets or original characters. Ready-to-use performers fill the roles you leave unchanged. Follow progress from your saved task. Purchases are one-time orders or credit packs, with no automatic subscription.
Keep every identity distinct.
Each selected photo defines one band member. A five-column identity sheet and the five original portraits provide the video model with the role order, faces and outfits. Each original portrait is the identity and wardrobe reference for its assigned role. Review each performer’s face, outfit and movements throughout the finished take.
Why start with a default band?
A five-person idea should not require five people’s portraits to try the setup. The default cast lets you choose one role and leave the other musicians in place. It also gives each role a distinct face and outfit to guide the model.
Your photos and videos
The browser saves your photo setup locally for up to 24 hours so you can return to it. Photos submitted for generation are processed by the image and video providers. Finished video links use temporary storage, so download a result you want to keep. See our Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion details.
AI models & API source
Google Nano Banana 2 prepares the five-character appearance reference, with one identity column per assigned role. Accessed through fal.ai API: fal-ai/nano-banana-2/edit.
Alibaba Wan 3.0 Reference-to-Video generates the video using the five-character appearance sheet, the five original role portraits, performance and audio references. Video API: Kie wan/3-0-video or fal.ai alibaba/wan-3.0/reference-to-video, as recorded for each task.
Video assembly and original-audio restoration use fal.ai FFmpeg utilities. Review the complete AI-generated video, including each performer’s likeness, gestures and lip sync, before sharing.
Independent AI parody tool. Not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band. Photo, song and performance permissions are separate.
