1. Data we collect

When you use the generator, we process the portrait you upload, your selected duration and format, generated scenes and videos, job identifiers, the version and time of your upload consent confirmation, and any support messages you send us. If you create an account, we process your name, email address, login details or third-party sign-in information needed to identify you. We also receive basic device and browser information, IP address or a derived abuse-prevention identifier, page visits, feature events, and error logs.

For purchases, we receive order identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status from Waffo Pancake. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered with Waffo Pancake and are not stored on our servers.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to provide the video you request, maintain account and guest access, record your upload confirmation, confirm purchases, handle support and refunds, detect abuse, secure the service, measure site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Provider safety screening evaluates generation inputs and outputs; the operator reviews reported content and related task records. Safety checks do not verify anyone's legal identity, age, consent or ownership. Support and report correspondence may include content links, task identifiers, evidence, decisions and appeal records. Processing needed to deliver a requested service or purchase is based on our agreement with you; security and product improvement rely on legitimate interests where permitted; legal record keeping follows applicable law.

3. Cookies and analytics

For a new guest checkout, photos stay in this browser until payment is confirmed. Signed-in generations reserve account credits before upload. As you choose photos and video options, we save an unfinished setup in this browser for up to 24 hours so it can be restored after a refresh. Incomplete setups keep each photo in its left or right role. A separate checkout draft keeps the photos needed to return from payment. The photo drafts are removed after successful generation or discarded when expired on a later visit. A separate small task record keeps the task ID, options and last known progress in this browser for up to 24 hours so you can return without keeping the photos. Clearing website data removes the draft. A necessary browser cookie may keep a guest video linked to the same browser for up to 30 days. Authentication cookies maintain signed-in sessions. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and interactions, and Cloudflare provides website and security analytics. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may affect login or access to a guest result. We respect Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and a local analytics opt-out preference. When Plausible is configured, it receives sanitized page visits without task links, photo names or email addresses. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out.

4. Providers and sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website; our database and media storage providers store service records and media; fal.ai provides Google Nano Banana 2 character reference preparation, audio assembly and media handling; Kie or fal.ai provides Alibaba Wan 3.0 video generation, according to the task configuration; those services process the supplied images, video and audio references and prompts, subject to their applicable processing terms; Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment information; Google provides Analytics and, if used, sign-in; our email provider delivers account and support messages. We may also disclose data when law requires it or with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage, transfers, and security

Service providers may process data outside your country, including where their infrastructure operates. We use HTTPS for transfers and restrict access to service data. No security measure is perfect. If we become aware of an incident affecting your data, we will notify affected users and authorities when applicable law requires it.

The guest access cookie expires after 30 days. We keep account, generation, support, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, address requests and disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations; then we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your photos, outputs, or account, subject to records we must retain by law. Temporary files have a limited access window; the generator shows the output availability period. Completed temporary videos are removed from app listings and downloads after that period. Pending tasks, failed-task settlement and payment records are retained independently. Expiry limits access through this service. Storage providers may retain backups under their own policies. Third-party providers may apply their own retention rules.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, export, delete, or limit the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email lanmeiop@163.com with enough detail to locate your account or job. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority.

7. Children and policy changes

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the new effective date here and give notice of material changes through the site or an account email.
